We live in a world designed for men, and that has impacted our health as women.
80% of women suffer from hormone imbalances significantly influenced by lifestyle and these numbers are estimated to increase.
While men and women are equal, are biological make up is different.
Men ‘s hormones follow a 24 hour cycle, rising in the morning and dropping in the evening.
On the other hand, we experience a month-long cycle (typically 26-35 days) with four distinct phases that cause up to a 25% change in brain chemistry. This affects our moods, appetite, sociability, sex drive, and stress resilience.
This is why, a one-size-fits-all approach will not work for our individual health & wellbeing. Instead, we need to trust the natural rhythm of our bodies.
Each of us is so unique, and many aspects of our lives influence our cycles.

As women, we have a menstrual cycle that accompanies us from the start of puberty and into menopause. We live with this natural cyclical rhythm for about 40 years of our lives – that is a huge, juicy chunk of our lives.
Just as we monitor pulse, and blood pressure to gauge our health, the menstrual cycle is known as a woman’s 5th vital sign and it provides significant insights into our reproductive & overall health.
I realized that many women (including myself at one point) are clueless about their menstrual cycle and struggle with challenges related to their hormone health.
And so I am on a mission to empower women to understand their cycles so that they can feel confident in, and make informed decisions when it comes to their health and overall wellbeing.
