The menstrual cycle influences mood, quality of sleep, skin health, metabolism, stress resilience and fertility.

The female body has its natural rhythms, just like Mother Nature.
When we ebb and flow with our unique cycles, we support our bodies to thrive and ourselves to reach our highest potential.

PILLAR 1:
DECODING THE CYCLE
Explore female anatomy, an introduction to the menstrual cycle and its 4 distinct phases, an overview of the key sex hormones, rhythms (circadian and infradian), tools to understand your unique cycle, life stages from menarche to menopause, contraception, and fertility.
PILLAR 2:
HORMONE AWARENESS
Our hormones influence & regulate our bodily functions like metabolism, sleep, stress resilience, digestion, and fertility. Our hormonal fluctuations also significantly impact our self-talk, self-perception, body image, and confidence. Understanding how our hormones work is essential to leading a harmonious life.
PILLAR 3:
LIFESTYLE SHIFTS
Explore ways to EAT, MOVE, WORK and LIVE according to the needs of your cycle. We’ll understand how our lifestyle plays an important role in our hormone health. We’ll take a look at a non-diet, intuitive eating principles to help you enhance your relationship with food, we’ll explore movements that nourish your body, and how to create stress resilience.

PERSONALISED APPROACH
Every step we take in this program will be catered to your unique journey. This program is designed to empower you to understand what is going on in your body and how you can go about making sustainable, long-term shifts in your life to enhance your health & wellbeing, starting with the health history assessment.
As your coach, I will meet you where you are at and we’ll embark on this journey together.
I will guide you to have a deep understanding of how the female body works, and to guide you to create your own path to health. We’ll make shifts in your life, where you feel it is necessary.
The goal is for you to build a strong foundation of the basics, develop a deep sense of trust with your body, and feel empowered in your health journey.
We’ll work together to build your self-awareness, viewing health as multi-dimensional and unique for each individual.
I will journey with you as you learn to approach your health with curiosity, enhance your relationship with your body, and develop an intuitive healing mindset.

Weekly coaching calls to provide accountability and support. It allows us to get to the root cause of any health or lifestyle challenges you’re facing. Together, we take a step-by-step approach with actionable points for easy implementation.

Based on our initial health consultation, I will create a personalised lifestyle plan designed to help you reach your health goals which will include cycle syncing, nutrition, movement, emotional health and self-care guidelines that we will update as we move along the program.
