Living In Her Moment is a women’s health coaching and educational platform built for women (and the communities that support them) who are ready to understand their bodies and honor their natural rhythms.
Through personal coaching, group programs, and workshops, we guide women to align their lifestyle with their physiology, supporting hormone balance, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
As modern women, we juggle careers, relationships, households and the pressure to “do it all.” But when our bodies can’t keep up, burnout follows.
Women’s physiology is unique; unlike men’s 24-hour hormonal rhythm, we move through a 28-day cycle with four distinct phases. Each brings its own strengths and challenges.
Understanding these rhythms is the key to working with our bodies, unlocking energy, clarity, and the ability to thrive in every area of life.
MEET DIVYA
Hi, I’m Divya, the face behind Living In Her Moment. This is the story of how my personal journey led me to create this platform.
For as long as I can remember, I felt like my body was holding me back from the career and life I wanted.
In 2021, I was diagnosed with PCOS and postpartum depression. I knew I needed a different approach; I was tired of quick fixes that never lasted.
I turned to natural solutions and sustainable lifestyle changes, and within months, my health (and life) began to transform.
Along the way, I also discovered that women everywhere are facing similar struggles in a system that doesn’t fully understand and support them.
Today, as a Certified Health Coach, Women’s Health Advocate, and Speaker, I’m dedicated to helping women understand their bodies and bridge the women’s health gap.
